EB-5 Regional Center Program Reauthorization Bill Introduced

§ On May 24th, Senator Leahy (D-VT) and Senator Grassley (R-IA) introduced cosponsored legislation, S. 3245. The bill would permanently reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program along with: E-verify, CONRAD 30, and Religious workers. § Earlier in the week, a three year reauthorization was included in the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) FY2013 Appropriations bill recommended out of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
