EB-5 Regional Center Extension Bill

The Regional Center statute is set to expire on September 30, 2016. Politico reports Congress will probably soon pass a continuing budget resolution until after the election. The Republicans want to extend the budget to March, the Democrats to December. The current EB-5 statute, with a few other immigration laws, is expected to be extended in the present form as part of the continuing resolution, as it was last fall. I will update you as I have more information.
