USCIS Releases Executive Summary of December 2010 EB-5 Investor Quarterly Engagement

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Service Center Operations (SCOPS) Directorate and the Office of Public Engagement (OPE) recently released an executive summary of their December 16, 2010, EB-5 Investor Quarterly Engagement (see related PowerPoint Presentation). In addition to providing various updates on statistics, processing times, and the recently instituted EB-5-related forms, USCIS responded to input received from the public before the engagement.
