The ABCs of Who Should Consider An EB-5 Regional Center
- Aliens who do not have reasons to be excluded from the U.S. and who cannot fit into any other visa category and are able to demonstrate a legal source of funding, including 245(i) applicants
- Business owners who want to develop a U.S. based business or who want to transfer business operations to the U.S., but do not qualify for L-1, E-2 or direct EB-5
- CEO/Manager who does not qualify for L-1A or specialized knowledge L-1B

- L-1A/L-1B visa holders who want to reside in the U.S. permanently, but whose employers will not sponsor them
- Many foreign nationals who face multiple-year immigrant quota waiting lists
- Nurses who have not passed the required entrance exams (NCLEX) or who do not possess the requisite state license and for whom the H-1B is not an option
- O-1 visa holders who are deemed extraordinary in the arts, sciences, business, etc., but who do not meet the higher standards for a Green Card
