EB-5 Visa Investment Amount is set to Increase substantially

EB-5 Investment Amounts will increase in the near future.

The Targeted Employment Area amount for EB-5 Visa applications is speculated to increase ranging from $925,000-$1,250,000 depending on the area. Negotiations in the Senate are expected to continue and it seems that the increase will definitely occur but the timeline of the changes, and when they will be taken into effect, is still unclear.
