Multiple Investors For An EB-5 Green Card


  • USCIS regulations allow the establishment of a single commercial enterprise to be used by more than one investor as the basis of a petition for an EB-5 Green Card.
  • Each EB-5 Green Card investor must be invested or must at least be in the process of investing at least $900,000 or $1,000,000 in an enterprise, and each individual EB-5 Green Card investment must result in the creation of at least ten full-time positions for qualifying employees.
  • Alternatively, the establishment ofa commercial enterprise may be used as the basis of an EB-5 Green Card petition for a foreign national entrepreneur even though there are several owners ofthe enterprise, including persons who are not seeking an EB-5 Green Card, provided that all sources of capital invested are identified, and have been derived by lawful means.
